The Doctor always happily answers my questions and concerns, and Kim is always a pleasure to work with! She always walks me through the buying process, with a professional attitude, a great knowledge of your programs, frames and lens choices! Kim is a real asset to the Watertown store! I highly recommend the Watertown location BECAUSE of the Staff!
