I was never able to stay consistent with a workout routine ever, and workout classes were the perfect solution for me. I love the Pure Barre class formats. I take class multiple times a week and they are never exactly the same. I also adore all the instructors. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I look forward to class with every one of them. The class times are very convenient, with early morning before work to later in the evenings, and weekend mornings. I have seen a true difference in how strong I feel, how my body looks, and a huge positive impact on my mental health. Pure Barre is truly the whole package and I am so glad they found a home in Wappingers!
