  Very nice and modern looking. The woman greeted me with a smile and after checking me in, immediately walked me to the exam room and drew my blood. She was so good I never even felt the needle. I was in and out on FIVE MINUTES. Fantastic lab.

  The staff at this location are professional and efficient. It is immaculate and Stacy has taken my daughter’s blood two different times now. Both times were as easy as can be. She is fantastic at her job. I would recommend her to everyone - especially if your child needs bloodwork done.

  Went to wading river Northwell lab 8/28/ 2024 at approximately 12:20 Pm. Had approximately less than 10 minute wait, while paperwork was being completed, technician Mitchell was very courteous and professional. After paperwork was completed he also performed the lab work. The taking of blood was painless with no black and blues. The whole experience took about 20 minutes. I had a great experience!!, and would recommend this office.

  STAY CLEAR! it's not very often I leave a negative review about a business but if I could rate this place 0 stars I certainly would. The draw could not have possibly been worse. I made it very clear to the tech as soon as they walked in that sometimes it takes a little work to find a vein to draw from. Well even though they acknowledged what I said, they certainly were not listening. At that point they tied me off and immediately plunged the needle in. Once they realized they didn't hit anything (as I warned them they wouldn't) they attempted to fish around for a few seconds before half wrapping a bandage around my arm. At that point they then moved on to the other arm, tied me off and proceeded to do the same exact thing! With both arms now half bandaged (as the wrappings immediately started becoming undone) they look at me and say "Well looks like I'm going to have to go through your hand" maintaining my composure I advised them that there has never been a need for that to which they followed up with "so, I guess this isn't happening today" ...seriously? So with no choice left I was then poked for the third time and then told "you can leave now"... as I walked out with 3 half wrapped bandages, I still wished them a happy thanksgiving while receiving a soft grunt in return. I can understand not getting a "please" when ordered to hold a piece of gauze nor a "thank you" but at no point did I even receive any sort of apology for all the misses and rush job that was performed. No wonder the place was empty when I walked in. I've never used this lab in the past, and will certainly never again use it in the future. The only reason I came here was because my doctors have recently noted that my previous lab has been having delays in relaying results. Well after coming here I realized that I don't care if I have to hand deliver my results to them myself. So battered and bruised I give you this warning. Beware the butcher of wading river.
