  Crazy place 2 hours to see you? Not once not twice all the time On top of that they make me wait they come to me and say they don’t have results for my appointment when they clearly scheduled the appointment try the Riverhead office they are way better

  Ny wife and i chose this location because we live near wading river, 1st visit was really nice, everything was going smooth, next few visits starting declining, dismissive staff, no communication, and then THE REASON FOR THIS REVIEW, we had a miscarriage 11 weeks in, the worst thing a person could go through, we were in constant communication with them, but they'd call us 4 times a day asking the same questions they just asked us an hour prior, then THIS HAPPENED, we go for the follow up ultrasound, the people up front did not communicate with the ultrasound tech (who was a sweetheart) we had a miscarriage. So she meets us all cheery (as she should be in normal circumstances) and asks us how we're doing, how's dad feeling, how is mom feeling, I knew right there she had no idea, so as she is about to start a procedure the way you would a pregnant woman, not a miscarriage ultrasound, I say to her you don't know do you.. she says no what? I say we had a miscarriage, her jaw drops, and she in apologizing repeatedly, so as were in our sad state, now I have to comfort her because I feel bad, not her fault, it WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES besides the actual miscarriage, except for the ultrasound tech, everyone in that office should be fired immediately, maybe if the girls were paying attention to the charts, instead of eating takis and talking about their weekend plans this could have all been avoided.. it took me a month to muster the strength to write this, as I hate being negative but this needed to be done

  The Wading River office of the Ob/Gyn group is very professional and staffed by a competent and caring group of people. Dr. Brian McKenna is an excellent doctor who really pays attention to the needs of his patients. Highly recommended.
