From the hospitality of Samantha at the front desk, Kris the hygienist and Dr. Benedit, it was such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere of the office, the intentionality and level of care that goes into creating such a beautiful environment do not go unnoticed. I felt so at ease and I normally do not enjoy going to the dentist or any other doctors appointments. I was recommended to visit the office by my boyfriend and I will be a returning patient! I feel very fortunate to find a dentist that actually cares and is willing to go above and beyond to address my concerns. My experience today brings tears to my eyes because it can be so difficult to find a provider that actually listens. I feel so blessed! Thank you Dental Arts of Pelham! Asked me to call back to make another appointments because no availability. But you could come in 2 hours. I have job & am working, how am I coming in 2 hours. I called back again & again. No one answered. I returned to my excellent previous dentist & never have put up with this unprofessionalism.

The front desk staff was polite and accommodating, my dental technician was inquisitive and knowledgeable, and their equipment was futuristic. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist as much. Will definitely be back.

From my first initial phone call 2 months ago to my most recent appointment (with 4 appointments in between!)- the friendliness, empathy, and commitment towards me (and their other patients, I presume) has been incredible and consistent. Dr. Benedit is a phenomenal dentist! The hygienists and receptionists are wonderful to people too. They were very transparent with me about everything, and they can help you out with a payment plan if you don’t have insurance (like myself). I am very grateful to have found this office and will continue to come here for my regular cleanings.
