  I’m writing this because of what my wife went through at this dental office, and I’m still furious about it. She went in for three appointments and came out upset, overwhelmed, and feeling blatantly taken advantage of. Every time she said no to treatments, the people in this office insisted that they were “necessary” and “urgent”. In no world should anyone feel pressured to do anything, especially when it comes to someone’s health. She felt cornered and treated like a walking credit card rather than a human being looking for care. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s downright predatory behavior. My wife left that place shaken and stressed, and the fact that a healthcare office made her feel that way is completely unacceptable. To top it all off, they forced her to be charged a bill AFTER HER COVERAGE EXAMINED IT AND AGREED THAT IT WASN'T AS “URGENT” as the manipulative people in this office said. We also had a friend that found out she went there and he told us that he, himself, would never go back because of the obscene pressure they forced on him to get “urgent” work done. That’s before my wife was slapped with the additional $600 fee she wasn’t expecting to have. If you value being treated with honesty, respect, and basic human decency, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

  BEWARE of this PREDATORY shameful business. Protect yourself from this business and ask for a second opinion from another dental professional for any procedures this business says is URGENT. I have never felt more taken advantage of, pressured, and preyed upon. I wish I listened to other local people when they told me to avoid this place because of the PRESSURE and false sense of urgency they place on patients and the endless BILLING issues. I came for a basic dental cleaning. The dental hygienist told me I needed to get a deep cleaning not just basic cleaning. I politely said “no thank you”. Then after the basic cleaning, they had a dentist come in to talk to me for five full minutes to convince me, PRESSURE me, to get the dental deep cleaning as it was “necessary”. I made the mistake of saying yes because I trusted their professional recommendation. Two deep cleanings (they claimed I had to get it done within two weeks of each other) and paying their charges of a total $510.40 later, they sent me an email of an additional surprise bill for an added cost of $590.60!!!! I am distraught and shaken at this large sum of money on top of what I have already paid for! When I call them to ask about this large sum, they claim it’s because my insurance won’t cover it and that they want me to “pay this bill ASAP”. I contacted my insurance and found out that my teeth x-rays and documents show that I do NOT need urgent deep cleaning as this dental office claimed!!!!!! My insurance told me I have the right to request the dental office to send an appeal for reassessment and so I have asked, but this office has NOT responded to my calls of appeal request. I have called them multiple times for this bill. They have not answered. They have outrightly ignored my requests for them to send an appeal to my insurance, but they have been sending me texts and emails for me to pay the $590.60 additional ASAP! I am at a loss. I feel helpless and taken advantage of and preyed upon to pay a bill that I was pressured into and turns out - I didn’t even need this procedure! They said it was URGENT! If anyone has any help or actionable advice, I would like to hear it. Otherwise, protect yourself and do not trust or go to this shameful abhorrent place. (My visits were in October 2025).

  I had a really good visit at Pelham Dental. Dentists are not my favorite place to go but the staff there are very pleasant and caring. I had a great cleaning and the Dentist was friendly and professional. I found my new dental office!

  They are very professional and keep you totally comfortable during any dental work they may be doing. I trust them implicitly and will continue coming to them for all my dental needs. Thank you Dr. Benedit and Dr. Feng!
