  Dentist visits always make me so nervous but my hygienist was so friendly and gentle, he made me so comfortable and took great care of with my cleaning. I forgot I was there to see the dentist. Overall it was an awesome visit.

  Dental Arts of Pelham provides a welcoming environment and a very professional experience. The staff is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to clearly explain procedures and answer questions, which makes the entire visit feel comfortable and well organized. You can tell they care about doing things the right way and making sure patients understand their dental health. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dental office.

  I had such a great experience at this office from start to finish! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made me feel comfortable right away. My dental cleaning was great! Super gentle and thorough. I usually get a little nervous at appointments, but they made everything feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Benedit was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain everything I need. I really appreciated how patient and informative she was. After my visit, I was given a very detailed breakdown of my treatment plan and what my insurance covers, which made everything clear and transparent. They definitely gained a returning patient and I absolutely recommend this office!

  I have had multiple negative billing experiences at Dental Arts of Pelham, and unfortunately, this was the final straw for me. On several visits, I have felt overcharged. Most recently, I was told I owed a co-pay that I later discovered was not actually due. When I asked the office to confirm, they admitted the charge was unnecessary. Patients should not have to question their bills to ensure they are accurate. During my last appointment, the hygienist also provided me with toothpaste without informing me that it was not complimentary. I later found out I was charged for it. At no point was I told it would cost extra. Handing patients products without clearly disclosing a charge feels misleading and lacks transparency. Additionally, the cleaning itself felt rushed. When I mentioned that I could still feel plaque on the back of my teeth, the hygienist dismissed it and said it was “something else.” I know what plaque feels like, and typically after a professional cleaning my teeth feel completely smooth. This time, they did not. The experience did not leave me feeling confident in the quality of care provided. Transparency, accuracy, and thorough care are essential in a dental practice. Unfortunately, repeated billing issues and a rushed cleaning have caused me to lose trust in this office. I will not be returning and do not recommend this practice.
