I received exceptional service from the eye doctor and from Sam the sales associate. They both have outstanding people skills and walked me comfortably through the eye exam and purchase of frames and lens. I am highly pleased with the level of service I received.

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters, all thanks to Sandra!
She went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect glasses. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend visiting her if you need new glasses.

Sandra was amazing in this super helpful!! She helped me pick out 2 fantastic pairs of glasses. Got a blue one and some rose gold tinted sunglasses. When the initial cost was WAY higher than I anticipated, she helped me find a pair that was I believe $200 cheaper but felt and looked just as good as the other pair. Can’t wait till there ready sometime next week!

I’ve been coming to lens crafters for three pairs now and I used to have a great experience here. It was quick, glasses were done in a hour or two. And that’s it.
I bought my glasses two weeks ago. The first problem was I didn’t get the lens I specifically asked for. That was another week. Then the second problem is my prescription is wrong. They tried to tell me to give it a sec to adjust. I’ve had glasses for a long time. I know what the small adjustment is like when your prescription changes and that wasn’t that. It’s going on THREE WEEKS NOW THANI HAVE TO WAIT!!! I have never, ever had to wait so long for a pair!! Now I gotta go BACK out there for an eye exam.
I am very very very unhappy about this. I spent a lot of money out of my own pocket for nothing but issues!!!
I live a 45 min drive away and that’s a lot of wasted driving back and forth on top of such a horrible experience.
Worse part is not once do they seem bothered about how huge of an inconvenience this is.
Never ever going to lens crafters again.
Waste my time
Waste my gas
Waste of head space
Pissed off is a understatement

I come back to the Eastview Mall LensCrafters every year, and it always feels like walking into a place where the team genuinely remembers me—not just my prescription, but me.
Dr. Farrands was wonderfully attentive, making sure every question was answered and my prescription was tuned to perfection. Sam worked his magic fitting my glasses with precision and a smile, and Sandra was endlessly patient as we tried on half the wall to find “the one.” She ultimately found the perfect new pair for me and I couldn’t be more pleased.
It’s rare to find a place that blends skill, kindness, and a little bit of fun, but this LensCrafters nails it every time.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
