Always a nice place to visit. Everyone is so kind and attentive. I did not know what style of glasses I wanted and Sandra found me a pair that compliments my face nicely. She was so very helpful, as is everyone at this location. I recommend a visit here, and look forward to returning

I come back to the Eastview Mall LensCrafters every year, and it always feels like walking into a place where the team genuinely remembers me—not just my prescription, but me.
Dr. Farrands was wonderfully attentive, making sure every question was answered and my prescription was tuned to perfection. Sam worked his magic fitting my glasses with precision and a smile, and Sandra was endlessly patient as we tried on half the wall to find “the one.” She ultimately found the perfect new pair for me and I couldn’t be more pleased.
It’s rare to find a place that blends skill, kindness, and a little bit of fun, but this LensCrafters nails it every time.

Only getting a 2 star review because I was serviced but my 6 year old son was not. My appointment was so so. I’ve had better service in past times but this current time will be my last appointment. We arrived to our appointments on time that I online scheduled through my insurance at no point in time was I contacted to be advised that they don’t service 6 year olds they service 7 year olds until I was checked in and filled out all appointment questions for both of us. It’s not advised on the website. Nobody even had the curtesy to call me and advise. My sweet and patient 6 year old did need to sit with me while I was there for an hour and a half for my appointment and glasses. Which I’m sure nobody else cared about. I still spent $450 on my glasses and other than collecting my glasses I will never be returning to this store. My family and I will take our business to an eye place that cares about people and their time.

When I walked in it was very busy and every store associate was helping other guests some seemed like they knew each other as if they were repeat customers. So I just was trying on a Ray Bans by myself. Then Joseph who seemed like he was busy and in the middle of doing something himself asked if I needed assistance. I asked him about men’s/women’s frames and he answered all my questions. I’ve never had a face for aviator style frames but together we found a pair of square frames that did sit on my cheek bones well. They even had a green tint to the lenses to match the suit I was planning to wear them with. They were the perfect pair as if they were just sitting there waiting for me to try them on and then buy them. Price wise they were less expensive than I would have paid and Joseph also asked if I was a AAA member which I am so I got a significant discount that way. Joseph also mentioned the one year protection plan and that I could go to any Lens Crafters and get them fixed or replaced. In addition to the AAA discount and because I was going across the country with them and also because how professional and cool Joseph was I added it on. Highly recommend product and service. Thank you.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
