From the moment we walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure every one of us was taken care of with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. They thoughtfully accommodated all four of us, took the time to suggest the best pairs of glasses for each family member, and carefully applied the most appropriate coupons so we could save money. They also handled our eye insurance seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and answering all our questions—especially taking extra care and time with our father, who is over 84 years old. Their patience and respectful attitude toward him truly meant a lot to our family. Sandra was especially creative and resourceful when my father’s glasses had recently broken. She found an excellent solution by locating a frame that perfectly fit the lenses from his broken pair, allowing us to continue using them instead of replacing everything—something we truly appreciated. Both Dan and Sandra also informed us about current promotions, which made a big difference. Because of their guidance, my wife and son—who had been wanting to buy sun glasses for quite some time—were able to purchase Ray-Ban glasses at a great deal with significant discounts.
