  Not impressed with this office. We went to Guthrie office for our initial pregnancy appointment. I asked about bloodwork as they had not requested any. They denied. I switched offices two weeks later. To a doctor that actually cared, and ordered bloodwork. Turns out my progesterone level was low. I was immediately started on medication. But ended up miscarrying. Can’t help but feel knowing all the facts sooner could have made for a different outcome.

  My experience with health care team here during my pregnancy was beyond frustrating—it was careless, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Due to their negligence, they failed to update my blood work orders, which led to me undergoing unnecessary testing. This was not only avoidable, but I was then billed for their mistake. Patients should not have to pay—financially or emotionally—for a provider’s lack of attention to detail. Trying to resolve the issue was just as bad. I had to make multiple calls simply to fix a billing error they created. No accountability, no urgency—just repeated inconvenience and wasted time on my end. This kind of disorganization in a healthcare setting is alarming. Pregnancy is already a vulnerable time, and the last thing anyone needs is added stress caused by preventable errors and poor follow-through. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience. At the very least, double-check everything and be prepared to advocate for yourself, because they clearly will not.

  My NP Karen was so sweet! She made everything feel very easy. Her clinical assistant (I think her name was Melissa?) was also great and took her time explaining what to expect.

  We will never be coming back here, very unprofessional. Mid wife Mallory straight fat shames with weight gain but hasn’t even got the weight of our boy. My wife is 6 months pregnant and was told you need to diet and workout 5 days a week. Made my lady cry telling me that she feels insecure of her weight now. It’s not okay that not how you talk to your patient let alone a pregnant women no bed side manners what so ever
