  My mother who is over 50 just had knee replacement surgery. So she went there today (06/08/23) to be an evaluated and worked with. The experience she had there was so beyond unacceptable. The receptionists there are extremely insincere and dismissive. It was two older ladies, one of them walked away from her when she was expressing concern about the amount of pain she was in. I don't know how they could allow people like that to work in a place that is supposed to be compassionate. I'm not sure why they would behave like that towards somebody in need of help and recovery. Maybe Lourdes just isn't paying their employees enough. My mom will be letting her doctor know and we are going to be contacting the administrator of the shippers Road vestal location.

  1st off, I lost my best friend to cancer last night, and have been visiting him for the last few days, I've been trying to keep my business afloat, meanwhile keep up with 2 9-5s. I lost track of time and missed 2 appointments one being today the day after i lost someome. The lady on the phone was vary rude when I went to make my next appointment. I explained I just lost my best friend. 2nd I had no problem dropping pt from my busy schedule sense my chiropractor was helping me way more than pt was. Could have got the same help from YouTube 3rd I never had a real pt session I don't think, because it was with 2 different people. And they just seemed like a waste of time. I'm pretty sure my main thripist was out of work for 3 weeks not sure though. So I never saw her past my first apt. My other therapist was fine, she was cool, but I don't think she was focused on her job even. And my first 4 apts feel wasted. And I was only approved for 12. Thanks for the effort ladies. Whoever was on the phone with me ruined it though, and I don't think it was working anyways. So ontop of not working, the lady was rude. I'm not going past 1 star. Also don't feel like this is personal, I reviewed every place I've gone in the last 3 years
