  I came in for my annual physical with Dr. Nahid Borogerdi. She is the rare medical provider who takes time with you, listens, is caring and compassionate and offers all kinds of practical advice to keep me healthy as I age.

  It's always a pleasure to be treated by Tayyebeh Borogerdi! She is friendly, thorough and at the same time takes her time to listen and explain everything in a way that makes you feel better right away. I had previously gone to UHS walk in and go no help at all. They actually seemed annoyed that I came there!

  After waiting 50 minutes after the time for which my appointment was set, someone came out and told me that it would be quite a bit longer because someone had double booked all of the doctors time slots. They were surprised when I said I would not wait any longer. They could have told me this when I got there, or even called before I left home. I live 50 minutes from the medical office, so I list almost three hours today. Stuff like this has happened regularly since Guthrie took over Lourdes.
