  If you care about your children you will not take them to this office 😵‍💫 we took our son after he came out of the nicu and he was a patient of Dr kurian, her bed side manner is awful. She made me feel as if I was a bad mother and bashed my husband for working 3rd shift in her own little way. Told us that our son was losing weight when he was really gaining weight and when she felt something was “important” she called us after hours 😳 she then proceeded to tell us after every appointment that she was going to activate a home health nurse and have them come into my home because she was “concerned about his weight” she also told me to overfeed my child. A good doctor does not say such things and then sat there multiple times and told my husband and I that she was going to readmit him to the hospital, for multiple different reasons, seems to me like Dr. Kurian doesn’t know what she’s talking about, I do not like her bedside manner and the way that she makes new parents feel.. there had been multiple occasions where we were leaving the office and we got after visit summary paperwork, and I was given the paperwork for the wrong child A CHILD THAT IS NOT MINE AND OLDER if you are a new parent, looking for a pediatrician do not go here!!!!

  This place is a joke. I took my son here hoping it would be better than where he was going. The doctor he started seeing moved to riverside after our first visit, no heads up, and expected us to follow but told them no because the vestal office was closer to home and less travel. Now we have to follow up with a complete new doctor. Trying to get refills on my 6 year old sons medications is ridiculous. I call a day or two ahead and the doctor doesn't call it in for a few days, I have to call nonstop and they tell me it takes 72 hrs. NONE of my other doctors offices I go to take that long to put in a refill for my medications, why on earth would it take them that long to put one in for a child? I have a follow up with them tomorrow and after that im finding a new place to go to. Might just go back to UHS because Guthrie is proving to be a joke

  Our family loves Dr. Fitzpatrick! He is very kind, thorough and answers all your questions. We have never felt dismissed or rushed! We always recommend him to our other friends and family!

  Don't even bother with this place. My son woke up in excruciating pain. I wasn't really sure what was going on. Tried to call for some advice about wether it was warranted for the emergency room, the calling service was fine. It's the nurses for the call back that don't seem to know how to call back and do their job.

  Office staff is friendly. I found they take awhile to get you in however. Doctors are nice to kids however and treat them with respect. They are also great with parents who are dealing with a lot of anxiety at times taking their kids to the doctors for illlnesses. They handle them quite well.
