  Front desk staff is beyond rude. Not even a hello or how can I help you. This place looks like a dump from the outside. However the Shippers road location staff was very kind and helpful. I won’t be back as a patient at this location.

  There's a reason for their low rating. The receptionists just treated me poorly for the last time. She dismissed my question before even looking up my chart. Very rude, very dismissive.

  I went in and saw Emily B. She is a PA. She examined me but took no notes. It's in medical records that when I take an antibiotic I have to take fluconezole or it gives me a yeast infection and Trush. I also told her this 3 times while we were in the exam room. She said if I get worse that I should call her and she would call the 2 meds into the pharmacy. She said just give her a call. A week later the problem was worse so I called and left a msg to prescribe both medications. I get a text msg from the pharmacy saying they got the antibiotics but not the meds to treat the yeast infection . I called Emily B. back and she preceded to call me a liar saying that I never mentioned another med. They called me back one more time to say that they will no longer see me! Worst medical experience I ever had!

  If you need to wait 5 hours to schedule a appointment, this is the place to call. Receptionist lie. Put people on hold for hours and lie about your options. Truly the scum of vestal health care.

  Horrible experience I’ve appointment when I arrived they told me that they are sorry they canceled my appointment but they didn’t notice me !
