She tried to humiliate my husband and just put EVERYTHING on possible. Then she tried that with our kids, too. I've been to enough decent eye Dr offices that tell me that everything is an option. Our kids hardly ever have screen time, and she told me in a very mean manner that kids are on screens too much to not have the extra protection, and then tried to tell me that they absolutely have to have the scratch protection. I kindly, but very firmly, told her no. She got angry about it, but did it without. Then she said that once they start to slip down they need to come in to have them readjusted. I said that I know and I can do it. She went off on a tangent about how I'm not allowed to do that because I'm not licensed and THEY have to take a lot of training. I said yes I know, but I've done this multiple times and I know what I'm doing. She said, but I could break them. By that time I was getting annoyed and I said in a tone of "I had enough", I said, I know that. I'm a mom of 5 kids and grew up in a large family where we did everything ourselves". Then she finally quieted down and gave me what I asked for. I'd give her negative 5 stars, but the Dr is good.
