My husband just had hernia surgery here with Dr. Klonski. I feel bad about all the horrible reviews of this hospital because our visit was flawless. All the nurses and staff were so nice. This was our first time at this hospital and i can't say enough about how nice my husband and I were treated. Thank you! Praise God!

I visited Franklin Hospital's ER for chest pain that comes and goes — an important symptom pattern that I made clear to Dr. Marx upon arrival. I also disclosed that I have a known diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy and specifically requested a cardiac ultrasound/echocardiogram to rule out anything acute. Dr. Marx dismissed that request entirely, stating the ER 'doesn't do sonograms.' He relied solely on an EKG and blood work, administered what appeared to be an antacid orally and via IV based on a presumption of acid reflux, ordered a chest X-ray, and discharged me. No cardiology consult was offered. No attempt was made to address the significance of intermittent chest pain in a patient with a pre-existing heart condition. Intermittent chest pain is clinically significant precisely because it can indicate something serious that won't show up on a single EKG snapshot. That was ignored entirely. I was told to make my own appointments with a cardiologist and gastroenterologist and sent home — made to feel as though I had imagined my symptoms despite a documented cardiac history.

The nurses and doctors were good/ fine. My main concern IS THE WATER IN THE BATHROOMS.HOW does a person come to a hospital and get burns on her face and elbows and SICK with a head cold FROM THE SINK WATER? At a hospital?!? Really needs to be investigated cus why is a Jewish hospital and there no Jewish patient I’ve seen just Jewish doctors? Has to be an experiment.

Awful and very slow with care and giving much needed results back. Not only slow, but when you call they transfer you without even letting you get a word in until you end up being on hold for hour to no avail. If you can help it and if you care about your health do not come here.

TERRIBLE. I came here because my daughter wasn’t feeling well, they gave her a few test & we waited. About 30 mins into the visit I asked for pampers and wipes they gave me a big towel with sink soap. I was in shock. On of the nurses got in trouble for getting me pampers! This is a terrible unprofessional facility.
