  Dr. Margaret Carson is fantastic. Imagine the nicest person and multiply it x100. She's so attentive; very, very knowledgeable, caring and warm.

  Not happy, called to make an appointment, after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, gave them my name and dob and told them I would like to schedule an appointment, and they hung up on me. Should have better protocol and be able to call me back so I don't have to wait all over again. When i called back, I'm restarted in the que all over again. This is unacceptable, and I am not happy about this.
