  I absolutely loved this place until and I can pin point month and year OCT of 2024. They change something and my persriptions my simple were not simple any more everything has since been messed up. I frequently do not receive meds needed when. But what has brought to the point of reviewing the like this , I am 7 hours after a surgery and without serious pain meds I had someone go and get my meds there were 2 one for nausea and one for pain, the gave him the one for nausea and another script that had nothing to do with my surgery. I called and they put me on hold then come back and tell me that someone put in I was allergic to it so they, I was like are you crazy, you filled the same thing 3 weeks ago when the ER gave me the same thing, you made him shop for twenty minutes I have no way to drive I'm in pain and they don't deliver meds this place sucks and I have been going to them since before 1992. So better for the love of God and the respect of your profession

  Great experience! I had a prescription transferred from another pharmacy and it was finished before I even got home. Speedy customer service and friendly personnel. Will be switching all my scripts over.

  Employees are nice and very helpful. The store is small and dark compared to their sister stores in Albany, Schenectady and Latham. Not sure if it’s the store or the companies they buy from, but whatever the reason, they don’t sell the 16 oz. six pack decaf Pepsi or Arnold’s Health Nut bread. Drives me crazy. Always have to go to Price Chopper for those items. Why?
