- ALA L.Oct 20, 20251.0The new pharmacy staff is horrendous. They’re incredibly unprofessional in person and on the phone. If you’re able to get through by phone you’re lucky if you’re not hung up on or just placed on hold while mid sentence. The staff that was there prior were fantastic, personable, and actually helpful. Now if you need anything from them at all they act as if you’re interrupting their day.
