- AWAngela Wang6 days ago2.0This is a dishonest clinic. From the moment I received my retainer, I felt that this clinic was very insincere. They had Invisalign advertisements displayed, but the retainer they made was a different, I never heard that brand, the quality is so bad. The retainer I paid over $200 for felt completely ineffective. When I called to inquire, they were evasive and didn't offer any solution. When I went to the front desk, they were also evasive and lied, claiming they still displayed Invisalign ads but didn't actually work with that company. Yesterday, I went for a cleaning, and it was the fastest cleaning of my life – only ten minutes! The hygienist wasn't thorough at all, just superficially cleaned my mouth. When I got home, I noticed the coffee stains on my two lower teeth hadn't been removed. I will never go back. This is a dishonest dental clinic.

They got me in fast and have done everything they can to help with my situation. The office is high tech and comfortable (for a dentist office). Everyone is so friendly and professional here. They do have a charge of you use credit, but not if you use cash, debit or FSA. They don't spring that on you - they are very upfront about it, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a dentist.
