St. Joseph's Addiction Treatment and Recovery Centers, Ticonderoga Outpatient Clinic

St. Joseph’s Outpatient clinics serve Franklin and Essex counties through sites located in Malone, Saranac Lake, Keeseville, and Ticonderoga. We offer intensive case management, assessment, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, continuing care, and co-dependency at every location on-site, or via Telehealth. Medication assisted treatment is available. Our Outpatient Clinics also offer mental health and substance use disorder services to vulnerable individuals. We are licensed by the State of New York and were recently recognized as One of America’s Best addiction Treatment Centers by Newsweek Magazine. We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurances.
