Today I went to this office for my 2-month-old baby’s check-up regarding a medical concern. When I arrived, the front desk staff informed me that my insurance was inactive and that I needed to pay $380 immediately.
I explained that I preferred to have the bill sent to my home while I confirmed the coverage with my insurance company, but the receptionist —a young woman with dark skin and braided hair— said payment had to be made on the spot and offered no flexibility. Because of this situation, I decided to cancel the appointment.
As soon as I returned to my car, I called my insurance provider, who confirmed that my policy was active and had never been inactive. This clearly shows a lack of coordination and organization at this facility.
While I was in the waiting area, I also noticed that the staff misplaced another patient’s paperwork, which reinforced my impression of administrative disorganization.
Overall, I do not recommend this location and will not be returning. The office should improve its communication, insurance verification process, and patient service to avoid unnecessary stress, especially for families with newborns.

This is the worst pediatric office I have ever dealt with, very rude, does not make the patient a priority at all, was told I would get a call back each time I called to see where we stood, never got 1 ! I had to call their office about 5 times in a 3 week period, and the last time I called was told they emailed someone and were waiting for a reply. Not making any extra effort to put us at ease about upcoming surgery that is needed, wont be bringing my son here ever again. Totally unprofesional.
Great office and great staff.
