  I was making appointments on call and the person was the most rudest person I ever met hangup on my face was yelling and mocking.

  Have been trying to contact this office for the past 2 days. Both times on hold for more than 20 minutes with no answer. I gave up, although I was really interested in booking with one of their providers due to her great online reviews.

  Was referred to this office by my primary doc, and I spent the last WEEK being told that I needed my insurance to call the office to receive a referral from my insurance company. Never was I told my referral from my doctor was enough. Just got off a three-way call with the office and my insurance, and I'm told I was wrong, by the doc office. Horrible front desk etiquette for new patients, horrible communication on what's needed and not needed pre appointment, and it's not just one person. It was multiple. On varying days. I consider myself very patient, but when I'm told to do something and then I'm told I'm wrong, and not allowed to finish a sentence, I'd rather pay out of pocket than ever step foot in this place. Work on your empathy and understanding.
