I recently began seeing a specialist who required me to go to Quest rather than my usual lab. I have been to this facility three times in the past two months and each time was worse than the last. There is no receptionist. I had.to sign in on a tablet that simply does not work. I had to pound on the screen multiple times in order for it to take a single character. Light touch simply did not work. I am a high-level computer user, not a computer phobic old man.
I complained to the phlebotomist about the tablet the first time and was told “well that’s just the way it is, you just have to learn how to use it. Nothing I can do about it.” At today’s visit, 2 months after my first visit, the tablet was actually worse. Quest cannot afford to fix a computer tablet that is essential to signing in for a visit there? If you can’t do that, hire a receptionist.
The office is dingy. The staff act like they’re doing me a favor and have very poor interpersonal skills. The only thing they did well was draw the blood.
If I continue with this specialist, I will demand to never be sent back there again or I will change doctors.

The phlebotomist was very nice, friendly, professional and attentive. As was the other staff. It felt like a very welcoming environment. Highly recommend due to the staff.
easy to book online and ive never waited more than 10 minutes after checking in. the phlebotomist rocks and always hits my vein on the first try. (the only one who has ever been able to it lol)

Stellar place! Conveniently located near a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking. A clean, neat facility. I was seen promptly and everything was efficient and pleasant. Reyna and Quincia both did a fabulous job taking care of me. Highly recommended!

Very convenient I go here all the time and never had an issue staff is always friendly and willing to help also very gentle when drawing
