The receptionist Shelly was very professional and helpful duty entire process of filling out paperwork and my physical therapist Sam was very professional helpful knowledgeable and also help me understand with everything that was going on.

The therapists are all thorough and always interested in your progress. I have been with Chad LaChance for all this time. I love him.

They are very pleasant, kind, helpful, personable, and knowledgable about the insurance rules and regulations. The staff is flexible when you need to change appointments and accommodating/flexible if a particular exercise isn’t working or too difficult. I have been to more than one location and they are all great. I ALWAYS recommend MVPT to everyone, especially Chad at Shop City!
