  I had a similar experience as the reviewer who warned to keep your insurer on speed dial. I spent hours trying to straighten out a botched billing and I am still not confident that it has been corrected.

  They dont care about the people they are supposed to be helping. All they care about is getting their money. I was charged for 45 minutes a session when i never got to speak to my counseler for more than 20 minutes. Then they dont even bill you when they should. My counseler told me i didnt owe anything and that insurance covered it, THREE months later i startes getting bills. So i called and ask that they charge me for all of the sessions because i was not going to make another appointment and i wasnt going to pay for treatment i wasnt getting. They charged me the tottal balance of my account so i thought they were paid off now all of a sudden i have gotten two bills from them, when i havent gone to the counseler in 2 months. They dont answer their phone and you cant leave voicemails because you need a mailbox number. My counseler also was no help she would insist on talking about the same thing every visit no matter how many times i told her the same story she acted like the notes she took didnt exisit and i ended up feeling worse. Avoid these people at all costs.
