Went on LC website to search for styles that seemed appealing, and then took those screenshots to LC store so the optician could help me find something in the store that I'd like / fit me well. I learned that, oddly, glasses on the LC website might not be purchase-able thru the store.. you'll have to do that all yourself. But, Megan (sp?) was really great at steering me to some pairs that were the same or similar. I found a nice everyday pair, and David put the final touches on things when they were ready for pickup (less than 2 wks!). I will go back for a more fun, artsy pair and sunglasses. Took off a star because I never received a receipt (paper, text, or emailed) -- first time at LC, so I wasn't sure how that works. I also mentioned this in the survey feedback, and no one got back to me. I did eventually call the store, and I'll have to stop back in to get a printed receipt. Good buying experience otherwise. NOTE: LC, Sunglass Hut and most eyeglass brands are now owned by Luxottica (Italian company). RayBan was also acquired by them several years ago. Most premium eyeglasses that LC carries were made in Italy (by Luxottica), but now I see that many are made in China (esp RayBan). Personally, I did not want to pay a premium price for something made in China. So, if that matters to you, just check the eyeglass arm to see where it's made.
