They have tons of equipment and plenty of space to get a good workout. I also didnt have to wait for any equipment. If I lived closer I would definitely consider signing up.

For $80 a month, I expected something that actually stands out — but this gym offers the same basic equipment and setup you can get at plenty of other gyms in the area for way less. The biggest issue for me has been the staff. They come off as unfriendly and unapproachable, and I’ve seen them act dismissive toward members more than once. When you’re paying premium prices, basic customer service shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience to the employees. Instead of feeling welcomed, the atmosphere feels cold and uncomfortable. Nothing about this place justifies the price. The equipment is standard, the environment isn’t motivating, and the overall experience just doesn’t match what they charge. There are multiple gyms in Syracuse where you’ll pay less and be treated better. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its members.
