The instructors are friendly and upbeat, and I've seen them work to accommodate all levels of fitness and experience. I never feel judged here by the instructors or other participants in the classes. I've seen people of a wide age range (20s-60s) and different body types in class. I love how many classes they have available from early morning to late evenings so I can usually find something that fits my schedule. It definitely helps to book ahead because they fill up quickly. Right now I am booking 2 weeks at a time. My only warning to others is it is expensive to drop in - $35. With a membership it breaks down to a more reasonable price per class (depends on the membership, I'm paying about $17) but still more expensive than the local yoga studios. The intro class is free so you can at least see if you like it before committing. Ask about healthcare hero and student discounts!
