  I have learned much about Comfort Keepers over the past year and I am so impressed with all that they can do. They provide quality care with a wide variety of plans, that will take care of anything you or your loved ones may need. They have a wealth of knowledge and are full of great ideas to help with whatever situation you are facing.

  I’ve known Shannon for some time now and I cannot speak highly enough of her (manager of Syracuse Comfort Keepers). She is kind and patient and always looks out for the best interest her clientele. I highly recommend any service she stands behind and would recommend comfort keepers. 11/10 stars.

  I have been using Comfort Keepers (CK) for about 9 months (just shy of 200 hours of services) to provide respite services (about 4 to 8 hours per week) so I can run errands. We generally stick to a weekly schedule and find both the aid and CK office flexible should conflicts arise. Regarding the aide, she is great and takes great care of my wife. Our standard window is 8AM until Noon. The aide takes care of getting my wife up, assisting in toileting, dressing, breakfast and social interaction. This winter we added a second weekly 4 hour stint so I can ski. CK was able to accommodate that with the same aide which was great as I feel it important to have some consistency in the aide assigned. To date we've had a single aide which is my preference. As to rates, CK was towards the low end of the rate scale (not the "low bidder"). Over time they've had one rate increase which was reasonable. If I had to do it again, I would pick them again. Ron

  Not everybody is happy about having to have somebody come to their home to take care of them, but Comfort Keepers has definitely made it comforting For their clients they go above and beyond to make sure that the client’s needs are well taken care of By experienced caregivers and companions. Comfort Keepers Allows independent people who are fall risk to remain independent and not have to stay in facilities , they also allow for people who just need that little bit of help with laundry or running errands to have that freedom and independence without having to burden people in their family to do these things Give them that peace of mind that somebody is gonna be there to help them take care of their daily needs as well as offer companionship I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone
