  Unfortunately I experience extreme anxiety and distress during the breast MRI process. I have done them multiple times and each time it’s quite debilitating, however THIS TIME at the Syosset location I was saved by an angel! An angel by the name of Alexa. She was my MRI technician/nurse/ expert/ hand holder/ nerve-calmer and all around beautiful soul that GOT ME THROUGH and made sure I didn’t completely fall apart during the MRI. Kudos to Alexa for being knowledgeable, professional and really really sweet. I’m telling everyone I know that Alexa is THAT GIRL! She made all the difference for me. When I felt like the walls were caving in, it was her voice and her calming spirit that soothed me and encouraged me to fight through the stress. Thank you Alexa!

  I’ve been going to this facility perhaps for 20 years on varying issues obviously ongoing mammography and bone density beyond that CAT scan imaging MRI appendicitis all sorts of different issues and I have to say that the Northwell system is consistently effective and in today’s world. It is so seldom that you can say that about any medical operation, whether it’s the staff, the equipment that capability the courtesy just an impressive operation

  I visited this location twice in one week for two different tests. Both my visits I was greeted by smiling warm staff. The staff at check-in, nurses, radiologists and anyone I came across was very pleasant. The team noticed on both visits that I was in a-lot of pain and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. The entire process from arrival to departure was very seamless and I didn’t have to wait very long at all which was great! Thank you to the entire team.
