The actual blood draw was not painful, but the environment was terrible. Why does the overall atmosphere of a place where people are already scared and filled with anxiety have to be so dreary. Dingy walls and dingy carpet. No cheery art. The technician Did a great job doing the blood draw. But he used a bad swear word in the first sentence. My advice is to improve your overall reputation to be a place where you put people at ease and make them feel safe.

I had an unacceptable experience during a recent blood draw. The technician Brian was dismissive and rude from the start and appeared more focused on rushing the appointment than ensuring patient safety. When I became visibly lightheaded and stated I was about to faint, the situation was not handled appropriately. The procedure was not managed according to basic protocol for a vasovagal reaction. I was not properly assisted into a reclined position, my legs were not elevated, and I was not adequately monitored. I even had to ask for juice or water. I ultimately ended up sitting on the floor while symptomatic. The technician also appeared unsure of how to respond, which is concerning given that fainting during blood draws is a common and well-known reaction. Patients should not have to advocate for themselves during a medical episode. This reflects a lack of professionalism, preparedness, and proper training. I strongly recommend additional staff training to ensure patient safety and competent care moving forward. I hope this is addressed so other patients don’t have a similar experience.
The check in procedure is horrible. I had a bar code on a piece of paper, but I couldn't figure out how to make it work. No one else was in the waiting room. I had to knock on the door and a very nice technician helped me log in. But he had to leave a patient to help me. That's not very efficient. You're not paying him to be a secretary. Saving money by eliminating a salary, while ticking off your patients, is not a good solution to running a business.

I have always had a great experience here. The staff is always kind, patient and fast. They allow walk ins or appointments.
