The PT person,Katrina is extremely knowledgeable in the work she does on the patients. She will also help you with any medical questions that come up. Very friendly atmosphere in the treatment room. Music is played, very seasonal, which gives it a calming atmosphere. Water and bathroom are available.

Katerina is an exceptionally talented physical therapist who also has extensive knowledge. She is so patient, caring , and empathetic and I would highly recommended this place , I would not go anywhere else . The puppy in the office is also a plus , super friendly and lovely and doesn’t bother anyone . I am so thankful for this place made it really feel like home .

- CCCulture CreativesDec 4, 20251.0I started physical therapy one week after my ACL surgery, and after 10 sessions with Katrene I am extremely disappointed in my progress and the care I received. Five weeks after surgery, I am only at 159° and my doctor was very upset with how far behind I am. Most sessions included about 10 minutes of actual attention, mainly with the electric muscle machine. There was no consistent one-on-one therapy, and I was treated alongside 3–4 other patients at the same time who in my opinion weren’t even getting good treatment and they attention they needed. Katrene was often distracted, including feeding and walking her dog during my sessions. My knee was never bent by the therapist, which is critical after ACL surgery. My doctor said this setback could have been prevented with proper therapy. I feel my injury required more focused care, and I wish Premier Physical Therapy had been honest about whether they could properly treat my condition. I am now in constant pain and worried about scar tissue buildup. I would not recommend this clinic for serious injuries like ACL injuries. I wouldn’t recommend a clinic to anybody unless you want to receive the bare minimum.
