You can immediately tell when a place truly cares about their customers, and this location absolutely does. I have to give special recognition to Carol. She was simply exceptional. Her knowledge, patience, and kindness were on another level. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with every decision. You rarely come across someone who is this professional, this knowledgeable, and this genuinely caring all at the same time. To be honest, I could go on and on about how great she was. Carol is the kind of person every business hopes to have on their team. If more people in customer service were like her, the world would be a much better place. If you’re looking for great service and a team that truly cares, this Pearle Vision location is the place to go
