  Hello, I'm writing a review to recognize the ambulatory surgery team at this hospital. I was a patient due to a fractured patella and had to be kept overnight. The nurses, nurses aids and doctors could not have been more caring and professional. The facility was immaculate. We need more folks like them. An individual shout out to Vistell a nursing assistant who so kindly bathed me and made me feel human again. Thank you all so very much!

  Worst hospital ever. Bad nurses. My mother was in the worst shape they weren’t letting us see her. And not making us wait in the waiting room for no reason.

  Благослави бог вселенная или то во что верят люди которые там работают это место. Я там уже не первый раз. Обслуживание и отношение замечательное. После катетеров в руках ни одного синяка. Причем обе руки были проколоты. В правой у меня тонкие вены. Медсестра пыталась поставить на правую руку в двух местах устройство для ввода анастезии но не получилось. Даже там не было синяков. Все время меняют простыни чтоб они были теплые. После операции что раз спросили как себя чувствую. Дали обезболивающее, хотя оно не сильно помогло но в аптеке меня ждало лекарство которое сращу сняло боль. Выписали рецепт и я через час смогла забрать по пути домой в своей аптеке. Везде чисто. Я ходила в одних носках в туалет так как ботинки убрала в пакет и после операции было больно возиться искать и наклоняться. Пошла в носках. Носки остались чистые, обратила внимание когда муж меня переодевал и отдал в руки носки которые снял. Результаты операции будут ясны через 2 -3 месяца но уже сейчас я чувствую что болезнь отступает и поэтому низко кланяюсь и всех благодарю кто мне помог в этой больнице. Вы герои и ваш труд очень тяжелый. Никакие деньги меня не заставили бы идти на такую работу. Я очень сильно переживаю когда вижу боль , я ее физически ощущаю даже когда кино смотрю и у актеров что-то болит. Вы просто супер люди. И я желаю вам всем крепкого здоровья и долгих лет жизни!!!!

  Above and Beyond Patient Care ​I cannot say enough good things about my family's experience with the staff at this hospital (Emergency Department). While the medical care was excellent, it was the human compassion that truly blew us away. ​The Situation: ​During our visit, a massive snowstorm hit, completely paralyzing the city. We were stranded at the hospital with my elderly uncle and aunt; because of the weather, there were absolutely no Ubers, taxis, or car services available. We were incredibly worried about how we would get them home safely in such dangerous conditions. ​That is when we met Alex from Belarus, who works at the registration desk. Seeing our distress, Alex went completely above and beyond his job description. He didn't want my aunt and uncle waiting in the lobby for hours or risking the cold, so he took it upon himself to personally give them a ride home in the snow. ​ ​ ​If you want to be treated at a facility that actually cares about the well-being of its patients, I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you again, Alex!
