  Not the most patient friendly experience. The person at the front desk was busy complaining and expressing how she will be turning patients away if they come in without a script. Not something a patient in the waiting room wants to hear, especially not someone who is blind and has a physical disability. Had he been turned away because of the mood she was in it would have been very inconvenient for him to have to reschedule. She was clearly in a bad mood and should have at least saved that conversation for when patients were not around. The person responsible for drawing the blood was very friendly and polite, I believe her name was Nicole C. She was welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. I would give her 5 stars if I could.
