Making an appointment, getting procedures completed are fine. The strangest thing I just experienced, is when returning a call back from one of their nurses/technicians. They called my mom back, concerning her results, I returned their call later in the day, and then in order to avoid getting a nurse on the line for me, they directed me to call back her doctor at the referring clinic. The most unprofessional, and clearly explicit way for their receptionists to avoid doing any real work in following up with their patients. They'll bill your insurance so easily, yet when it's actually time to service you with your results, they will tell you to take a hike back to your doctor. Their receptionists need to be fired and replaced, with respect to patient communication & follow through.
Impossible to make an appointment, me and my dad have been trying to make an appointment for a week, even went in person and they refused to make us an appointment in person. The person working at the front desk even tried to call and make us an appointment and failed. Disfunctional.

They cancelled my appointment without telling me when I was driving two hours to get there. They had called me earlier that day and asked if I wanted to come earlier because they had a lot of cancellations but I told them I couldn’t because I was coming from far away after work. When I got there all the technicians needed for my appointment had left and I wasn’t even late for my appointment. Absolutely disgusting.

Back in December we were trying to setup an appointment for a Heart Stress test for my husband. Advised what type of insurance, verified referral, and asked if had the approval by the insurance. We did not and they advised they couldnt move forward until then. To find out they moved forward with the appointment even though they claimed to have canceled due to the missing approval proceed to look up incorrect insurance did not bother to confirm any information. We called back this month to resetup the appt, provided the insurance information with the member id, type of insurance approval information to show up and state they have a new system we already verified the information your husband has a balance of $804 yet he has medicaid. NO ONE CALLED us to confirm anything. But the front desk kept speaking non stop of HIPPA laws, asking where he worked, how long, was he aware of the insurance, does he know his insurance all for 1 hour and blaming me the wife and the doctors for not correctly setting up the appointment. None this is any of the office business. Remove the incorrect information and enter the correct information.
