  Probably the worst run dept I experienced at Northwell. Very difficult to get information. I needed to find out what my copays were for service. No matter how hard I tried I had to just give up and not get service. Be very careful with your insurance info as no matter what you write down they can't seem to get it right for billing purposes. There is something very broken in this dept. But not sure what it is. I personally would go elsewhere if given the opportunity. With that said, the treatment I did receive to determine cognitive function after a head injury was very professional and well done. I would give them a 4.
