Nurse Practitioner will not speak to you via phone regarding your CT results. If you see the Nurse Practitioner, you cannot then see a doctor. I thought they worked in unison as they are in same office. Same problem, if Nurse Practitioner is off NO ONE else can call in a prescription that is listed on your chart. Radiology referred me for CT SCAN but Nurse Practitioner would not give me a referral unless I came to the office, in excruciating pain, for the referral. She never once examined my areas of pain . Gave me referral, I had test done, read my results and have a single question regarding it, and she would not get on phone. Insists again I come to office. I am 77 , in pain 24/7, and fell, which added to my pain . Yet, I need to come so one can explain to me medical terms that need clarification!
After dealing with "Angela" when trying to get a script sent to pharmacy since Thursday, I'm finally told by her "supervisor" Stephanie, that the Nurse Practitioner is off and no one else can do this!!!! Angela didn't think to tell me this days ago . Stephanie assured me that she would speak to Angela.
Call today, can't get anyone to speak to me regarding my CT Results. As to speak to Stephanie and I'm told there is no Stephanie! Manager is Mario. Asked to speak to him. Not available. Asked for call back . None given. Asked for nurse practitioner To call me . Didn't happen. So I sit here in pain wondering what the ct scan shows.
Horrible office.
