  Dr Escobar was not knowledgeable Dr Davila and DR Tano are great however the staff is terrible scheduling and calls backs are absolutely disappointing they need to fire who ever is in charge of their office I have dealt with many medical practices and have never experienced this lack of caring. I was supposed to be scheduled for stent removal within 24 - 48 hours and left many messages with the appointment scheduling staff now it is two weeks still cannot get anyone to call me back. Would not recommend anyone to have to deal with this discourteous service.

  If you are having a procedure that requires follow-up, do not use this group. Have been trying to get a follow-up appointment the past week due to surgery and hospital discharge. Front office staff is horrible.

  Dr Davila is an amazing doctor. Staff is typical staten island kids that don't even look at you when your dealing with them. I had an appointment for Aug. 8 th. But had to cancel dye to my wife was scheduled for surgery. So I called to cancel and she rescheduled me for Oct 31 st. 3 months later. I'm looking for a doctor that is on his own so I don't have to deal with these people. Gonna look over the bridge in New jersey. I'm not the only one I have friends getting outta there too. Plus when I called I waited 12 mins on hold only to be answered and pit on hold another 5 mins. Feel bad leaving cause dr davila is great. Just ain't dealing with this. By the way the Ceo of northwell health's salary is $7,700, 000 a yr. That's right millions..

  If you need a appointment go somewhere else called yesterday 2 months before you can be seen sad and they have 5 doctors

  the patient care is not very good the nurses are wonderful doctors are dismissive
