  I’m just so shocked. It took 4 months for them to sign ONE piece of paper. They don’t answer phone calls, they never reply to emails, I have been told my email was sent straight to trash from one of their receptionists?? I’m beyond confused. I don’t know what reason this office would have to be so dismissive, inattentive and unprofessional. Especially for a NEUROLOGIST. Wild

  SAVE YOURSELF MONTHS OF HEADACHES FROM THIS FACILITY. They do not care about their patients. No matter the case. They never answer the phone. They cancel appointments & never call back. This is by far the most upsetting doctors office I’ve ever had the misfortune of giving money to.

  Yes, we waited a long time for the appointment. however, that is how it is with every specialist on Staten Island. This office was Bright, Clean, welcoming and parking was ample. We were checked in right away, and there was 1 other patient waiting to be seen. My mom was called in to the office before we were finished filling out the paper work. Mom was seen by the NP Bianca Millis, who was Professional, kind, patient and thorough. We were given referrals from the girl at the desk who was polite, and helpful. This was our first visit, and I hope that they all go as smoothly.

  after 15 minutes on the phone setting up appointment only to be told she will only see patients from an hospital discharge absolutely ridiculous

  I believe my Doctor is great, but it takes forever to get an appointment. In addition most of the staff are rude and inconsiderate of patients.
