  Place is awful to deal with. Staff isn’t friendly, I’m continually billed by Natera because they never processed my insurance to them. Trying to get an appointment is difficult. Staff is not good at drawing blood; they kept poking my arm and I ended up fainting, resulting in me having to take yet another day off from work and paying another copay. Every time I go it’s another headache, would gladly go elsewhere if I could. They also once double booked my appointment and called me to cancel days before which caused a lot of havoc on my end. When I explained this to them, they started questioning my priorities, Who does that? Incredibly unorganized office.

  Best place to get blood drawn! The staff was extremely friendly and proffesional and gentle when taking blood.
