  I have always gone to northwell health breast imaging the only thing that I dont like is they never update days & hours it says opened on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm closed on Sunday well the are not opened anymore on Saturday been trying 2 make an appointment and can never get threw for my mother who just went through lung cancer and Removal of part,of her lung and the doctors she see for her cancer needs mammo & sonogram becase she has had Problem b4. With her breasts they need to have images of her breasts AND I cannot get through or make an appointment. I'm not too happy right now.

  If you are seeking a place where you feel safe and respected, I would not recommend the north well breast imaging center. Specifically the 1st floor. The only positive aspect of my visit was the friendly receptionist. I came specifically for an ultrasound, not a mammogram or any other procedure. However, I encountered significant challenges and pushback just to receive the service I was referred for by my doctor. Throughout the visit, I felt pressured by the female doctor there at the time, despite repeatedly explaining that I was there for one specific procedure. The constant attempts to persuade me into additional treatments left me feeling overwhelmed and upset. At one point, I became so distressed that I began to cry, as I felt my concerns were being disregarded. The doctor continued to present “data” and recommendations without acknowledging my wishes. When I refused she left the room clearly annoyed. It was disheartening to feel as though my voice was not heard, and I left feeling unprotected and unheard. Whether this is an attempt to maximize insurance reimbursement or simply poor practice, it was an extremely unprofessional experience. I will not be returning to this facility in the future and would rather travel across the bridge to brooklyn for better care. Very sad. If I could give zero stars, I would.
