  If you are looking for compassion and decent bedside manner, this is NOT the place. My mom was being seen by a Doctor or PA named Germaine Rowe and this woman is definitely not someone you want if you are looking for compassion. She went to get her MRI results today and as she was asking questions Ms. Rowe had a completely unphased look on her face and when my mom asked if she could have something to manage her pain all she said was that she cant and she is leaving at 2pm and will be on vacation all next week. Any one who works in the medical field should be compassionate and have some form of good bedside manner, this was a terrible experience for my mom and I am glad to say she will never go back to this place again and will be searching for another medical professional that actually cares about their patients!!

  My Joseph d Byrnes, I was a patient there, but now you ask these nurses a question about they get nasty with you for no reason at all ? I just can’t deal with nasty people here on Staten Island. One nurse called my mom phone and started talking to her for me, so I got the phone and the nurse was try verifying my appointment for tomorrow, she ask me to wear a mask, how dump can you be if I was going to the this doctor office for 5 months and I know to wear a mask.
