    Kim Marie Visser, an employee at this location - took advantage of my 81 year old mother who purchased a $6,000 set of hearing aids through her insurance company. My mother ended up not liking these hearing aids and made an appointment within the 45 day return window to swap them for a new set. I recommended she just return them and go with another brand but Kim told her she'd find something more comfortable. This never occurred. Kim proceeded to delay and eventually cancelled the appointment which was literally pushed to the last day within the return window. Kim cancelled the appointment based on "flooding" at the location, which I doubt ever occurred. There was no further mention of the return/exchange or the return window being overrun due to the cancellation. My mother's insurance company pays for 1 set of hearing aids every 3-4 years. She is 81. She may not have 3-4 years and this company + the people working here are doing everything and anything to hold onto that money paid to them by the insurance company. $$ > People = Miracle Ear. In the recent weeks they've used various other run-around type tactics with my mom. They even went so far as to send her a "rebate" check for over $400. They are doing everything possible to stick my mother with these likely very cheap very high profit margin plastic hearing aids. When an older person has dementia it worsens without the use of hearing aids. They've done a very evil thing leaving her with a set that is too uncomfortable for her to use regularly. I will give their corporate personnel a chance to resolve this, but may seek legal action if they do not. Horrible people.
