  I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I called around 5:30 p.m. because my young daughter was in pain from a possible ear infection. A good friend of mine who works at the office assured me there was availability and advised me to call. However, when I spoke to Shannon Murray the medical assistant there, she immediately told me they were fully booked, which turned out to be untrue. Later, I was able to secure a last-minute appointment, as Dr. Tori still had openings. It seemed Shannon Murray was trying to turn away patients to end the day sooner, prioritizing her schedule over patient needs. On top of this, Shannon Murray later sent my friend unprofessional text messages about me, including profanity. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional behavior, especially in a practice that cares for children. My family and I appreciate Dr. Tori, and my daughter is very fond of her but I do not feel safe or comfortable with Shannon handling anything related to my daughter’s care.
