  If I could give less than one star, I would. I went for a pre-employment drug screen. I was a walk in and willing to wait. I waited an hour as one out of two techs worked slowly. Then after the hour, one of them came out and said “if you’re here for a drug test we can’t do it because our toilet isn’t working.” Ok. Why make me wait an hour? Then I called and requested a call back so I could go the next morning. No call. I needed to get the test done because it’s time sensitive. I went, the toilet isn’t working. I drove 1 1/2 hours each way, twice. Now I most likely won’t get the job because I delayed the drug test. No call still, no apology. If you can go somewhere else, do.

  Horrible place, calloused, rude and unforgiving staff. You will definitely be treated like a test subject!

  Springville Quest is great! Clean, always greeted and they offer an apology if I had to wait.
