  Scheduled an appointment for a relative and he said he waited for an hour with an appointment. There are no seats available. Gentleman was nice but the pacing was delayed. Please improve services and include enough seating especially for disabled.

  Late but accommodated with others in line. Courteous and friendly atmosphere. No waiting in line. Express checking. Best service at 131st and Liberty Ave location. Clean and airy seating facility. Fast service. Plenty of parking around on streets. Open 7 days a week. 5 stars.

  I scheduled a 7:30am appointment for my son, and we were seen around 7:40am, which was very reasonable. The process was smooth and efficient. The phlebotomist was very kind, patient, and professional. She made the blood draw quick and handled everything calmly. I especially appreciated how considerate the staff were, as my son has special needs. The experience was respectful and stress-free. Highly recommend this Quest Diagnostics location.
