- DJDj JanickiFeb 24, 20261.0Lets start with the small normal staff here is great and thats about the only good side. They however are severally under staff and have a constant turn over. When they are short personnel, they often have travelers fill in, and in many occasions they barely speak english and are not great at the entire process. The technology problems a constant nightmare. Somethings always down, not running right. The app is a joke. It hasnt worked or tracked the donations etc for months now. The only answer you ever get on anything is to email tech support which gets you nowhere. As for the pay, unless you get direct deposit, it cost over $5 just to have access to your money. Good luck calling texh support for help. That can be hours waiting on the phone for an issue that WILL never be resolved ever. Always be prepared dor long lines and over crowding if you go any other time besides morning or afternoons. All in all sometimes its just more of a hassle than its worth to bother donating here.

In my personal opinion I feel the staff have been extremely helpful to the donors to adapt to these changes. I haven't had any negative experience here.
