I cannot say enough about the care my mother-in-law received at St. Catherine’s, both in the ER and the ICU. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated her with urgency, compassion, and respect. What stood out most was not just their clinical skill, but their humanity. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member we encountered took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, and most importantly, treat her like a person—not just a patient. The ICU team was truly exceptional. They supported not only her, but our entire family during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. They were attentive, patient, and kind in ways that we will never forget. They made sure she was comfortable, and they allowed us the space and time to be with her, which meant everything to us. As a family, we will always be grateful that her final days were spent in a place where she was cared for with dignity and compassion. Thank you to everyone at St. Catherine’s who played a role in her care. What you do matters more than you probably realize.

I was traveling for work and was hit with a kidney stone. This hospital was amazing. Personal and caring service. Extremely responsive. Good technically as well. Highly recommend. I would choose the hospital if given the opportunity.

I was admitted with a gastrointestinal bleed. Significant internal blood loss. The bleed had stopped after four days. I am much better. I was in that hospital six long days. I went from the ER, to a regular room, to ICU then, back to another room. Also, I was in Radiology and a couple of ORs. The facility was immaculate. All of the healthcare workers, we're kind, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was in good hands throughout my medical crisis.

Total chaos. I’ve never seen a more chaotic emergency room. The nurses were nice, but they made me wait 6 hours before I could see the doctor. No IV started at all during the entire time. Patients screaming and yelling. The man next time me wet his bed after nurses wouldn’t take him to the bathroom. I felt like I was in a psychiatric ward. Never again.

I was admitted to the saint catherines hospital with pain from a bad hip which they did X-rays and MRI I stated the pain from my hip at times give me chest pain , then they asked me am I having chest pain now I said no but instead of treating me for my hip they treated me for my heart, which they should have treated me for my hip, the er doctor who followed me for some reason was an intern who was all but rude and told me if I didn't go for a test she was going to discharge me, unprofessional to threaten me, I asked to speak with authority to take her off my case but they kept sending her to me like on purpose along with a lot of other grief. They took advantage of me being alone and homeless at the time. I believe it had to do with me being Jewish in a Catholic hospital especially at this time. I can't wait to be discharged. I was in the military fought for this countries freedom as mine is being taken away. I intend to take this further and when I think it's being turned for the better it gets worse
