  I had to change my rating after dealing with this office for a year and a half. They are committing insurance fraud. The visit is $200 for 45 mins. If you're fortunate enough to have out of network benefits, they charge the insurance $250. The office says they're trying to help the patient's out which is all well and good until an insurance company catches up with them. They do not understand how insurance works and cannot do simple math. I was overcharged by at least $500 two different times and they had no clue. And of course they get annoyed when you're on top of these things and essentially have to explain to them how to do their job. My therapist was excellent for most of my time there and then she got on a power trip, pretending like she didn't know me at all after a year and a half. It's tough out there to find quality and take insurance.
